I used 5 Jalapeños for this recipe.
Start by making the filling by combining 1/2 cup Cream Cheese, 1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese (shredded), 1/2 teaspoon Cumin, 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder, 1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder then set aside. Slice your jalapeños in half and remove the seeds and pith, then fill with the mixture, wrap with your favorite Bacon then bake at 425 degrees for about 20 minutes.
