For this recipe, take 2 tablespoons of fresh Garlic (minced) and toss it into a small saucepan with about 2 tablespoons of Butter. On low heat, let the Garlic brown slightly in the butter (approximately 10 minutes) then add 1/4 cup + 1 teaspoon of Honey followed by 1/2 cup of Sriracha and let it simmer gently for a few minutes.
Once done, you can run the sauce through a cheesecloth or a fine mesh strainer to remove the Garlic.
